The conference “La salute nel tempo della malattia”, organised by APS Bottega del Sorriso, was held in Bari on April 13, 2024 at the IRCCS Istituto dei Tumori “Giovanni Paolo II” conference room. The event marked the conclusion of the project “Tumore ma non timore” in which Fondazione Gianni Benzi participated as a partner. The aim of the project was to ensure quality of life and dignity for cancer patients during the difficult time of their illness. During the conference, the benefits of physical activity, psychological well-being care and the importance of a healthy diet for cancer prevention will be discussed. Viviana Giannuzzi, Head of the Research Department of Gianni Benzi Foundation, took part in the conference as a moderator. Participation in the conference was free of charge.
