The project was aimed at creating a paediatric research infrastructure, building upon the ECRIN infrastructure and involving 14 partners engaged in paediatric clinical research. PedCRIN represented a valid implementation step, addressing the issue of managing high-quality paediatric trials.

ROLE OF THE FOUNDATION

The Foundation provided resources to CVBF with the aim of making available the necessary expertise to develop and adapt tools for use in multinational paediatric clinical trials. It also offered training and support to partners on how to use these tools.
