The European Rare Diseases Research Alliance (ERDERA) has officially launched the 2025 Joint Transnational Call for Proposals focused on “Pre-clinical therapy studies for rare diseases using small molecules and biologicals – development and validation”. This initiative aims to foster international collaboration and innovation to address critical unmet needs in rare disease research. Researchers are invited to submit project proposals that align with the call’s objectives and promote impactful advancements in the field.
In conjunction with the launch, ERDERA will host a dedicated webinar on 17 December 2024, to provide comprehensive details about the call’s priorities, requirements, and submission process. This virtual event will also feature insights from esteemed speakers, including Viviana Giannuzzi, researcher at Fondazione Gianni Benzi, who will contribute her expertise on the importance of collaboration in rare disease research.
