Fondazione per la Ricerca Farmacologica Gianni Benzi - ETS has an articulate organisational structure that allows the effective management of all activities. It provides for: the Founder's Assembly, the Supervisory Body, the Board of Directors, the President, the Scientific Committee and the President of the Scientific Committee, the Administrative and Management Department, and the Research and Innovation Department.

Has the task of convening and presiding over the Members' Meeting and the Board of Directors. The President is in charge of relations with Bodies, Institutions, public and private enterprises, other bodies and physical entities, as well as the organizational and administrative management of the Foundation, the organization and promotion of individual initiatives and the implementation of the resolutions of the Foundation's bodies.

It indicates the management policy of the Foundation, approving its objectives and programs. It establishes the general lines of the activities on an annual basis, approves the annual budget, appoints the members of the Scientific Committee, the President and the Secretary. It decides also on all acts for the administration of the Foundation's assets and the management of revenues.

Composed of eminent experts in the field appointed by the Board of Directors and coordinated by the Responsible of the Research Department, the Scientific Committee advices on relevant scientific topics and collaborates with the Board of Directors in defining the Foundation’s programmes and activities.

It is divided into three units (Administration and Management; Secretariat; Communication). It takes care of implementing the administrative activity according to the President's address, taking care of relations with external suppliers, keeping the minutes of the statutory bodies, managing the collections and payments, prepares project reports and personnel costs. Furthermore, it guarantees general secretarial activities and provides for the organization of events and courses and takes care of and promotes the external image of the Foundation, fostering networking with other bodies and individuals working in the same areas of interest.

Organized into three units (Ethics and Regulatory; Research Methodology; Data Science & IT), it is involved in implementing research activities and participating in calls for funding, producing scientific works for the dissemination of research results and contents for training activities.
